About Me

Sara spent most of her career in public health where she led large teams and specialized in the development of health assessments and pandemic response plans. Sara now spends her time writing screenplays and songs.

Sara recently won several awards for her musical screenplay: BREAKER LANE (family/sports/romance). She wrote ten original songs for BREAKER LANE, and had five of the songs produced. You can find these songs/sizzle reels and the trailer on this website and at breakerlane.com.

While some of Sara’s six children absolutely love musical features… HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, THE GREATEST SHOWMAN, and MAMMA MIA! to name a few, others would prefer to spend their down time on social media. So Sara’s second feature, HENRY VS BIGFOOT (family/adventure) follows a young boy who catapults to internet fame after a video of his goes viral on YouTube.

As for Sara’s husband, he loves crime dramas and came up with an excellent plot idea – so Sara ran with it for her third screenplay, SWEAR TO TELL THE TRUTH. As is the case with Sara’s first two screenplays, this one is filled with lots of family drama.

And finally, Sara loves writing songs and melodies. She collaborates with a music producer and vocalists to bring her music to life.
